★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ Do we allow pets? Unfortunately we have severe allergies and we also enjoy this space. We cannot accommodate pets of any kind. Any violation of this house rule will result in a non-refundable $500 fine. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits (Max 16 persons) and quiet hours are enforced. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am, no music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. Any excessive noise or partying could result in local security being dispatched and vacating you from the property. We, the hosts, live nearby in case of any emergency. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ SANITATION ★ The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us.
