The spa can be heated free of charge using a control panel. ** Pool can be heated for $100 per day (8-12 hours of swim time) and guests must let us know at least 24 hours in advance prior to use so that we can prepare the propane heater and ensure the tanks are full. 🔥 Fire Pit & BBQ: Gather around the fire pit for the evening, or fire up the BBQ for a delicious outdoor feast. The spacious patio is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We want to make sure you and your family have a comfortable stay. There are plenty of books, games, TVs and a music player to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your favorite meals, along with a fully stocked coffee bar so you can make coffee just the way you like it. There’s a smart laundry washer and dryer for your convenience too. Security cameras are installed on the exterior street facing sides for safety. No security cameras are present inside the the home for your privacy. The home has smart devices such as a smart thermostat, automatic locks and switches/plugs for comfort and convenience. PETS Do we allow pets? Unfortunately we have severe allergies and we also enjoy this space. We cannot accommodate pets of any kind. Any violation of this house rule will result in a non-refundable $500 fine. PARTIES We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, no music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. Any excessive noise or partying could result in local security being dispatched and vacating you from the property. We, the hosts, live nearby in case of any emergency. SMOKING Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. SANITATION The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
