Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 3: Queen bed and bunk bed with 2 twins Extra: We can set up a roll-out, inflatable twin mattress bed if needed. We also have a pack and play available for families traveling with a baby. It can be found inside the closet of bedroom #3. We can set it up in any bedroom and we can also provide a full size crib if requested in advance. We want to make sure you and your family have a comfortable stay. There are plenty of books, games, TVs and a music player to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your favorite meals, along with a fully stocked coffee bar so you can make coffee just the way you like it. There’s a smart laundry washer and dryer for your convenience too. The backyard is great for family fun. You can enjoy your day poolside under the sun or fire up the grill and enjoy a delicious BBQ with family and friends. In the cooler months, gather around the gas fire pit or take a dip in the hot tub which we always keep at 100+ degrees for our guests to enjoy. At the end of your day, you can sleep comfortably on beds with memory foam mattresses, pure cotton sheets, plush comforters and memory foam pillows. The master bedroom also has blackout curtains so you can sleep in as much as you want. Security cameras are installed on the exterior street facing sides for safety. No security cameras are present inside the the home for your privacy. The home has smart devices such as a smart thermostat, automatic locks and switches/plugs for comfort and convenience.

PETS Do we allow pets? Unfortunately we have severe allergies and we also enjoy this space. We cannot accommodate pets of any kind. Any violation of this house rule will result in a non-refundable $500 fine. PARTIES As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, no music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. Any excessive noise or partying could result in local security being dispatched and vacating you from the property. We, the hosts, live nearby in case of any emergency. SANITATION The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. Prior to booking, please refer to all house rules and contact us with any questions.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
There are many things we enjoy in this neighborhood. Less than a 5 min drive to downtown Mesa, you will find the Arizona Museum of Natural History (great for dinosaur lovers) and I.D.E.A Museum, both museums are great for kids. The home is located in a transitional neighborhood, with unique new businesses growing nearby. Some of our highly recommended places to visit are Novel Ice Cream for small batch handcrafted ice cream; Backyard Taco for their low-key but delicious birria burritos; and there are many more along Main Street and around the area. Right across the house is a gated field of a public high school. The property is very private and shares only one side with a neighbour. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and community as you would your own. We, the hosts, live nearby and in case of an emergency can be there on short notice.

We recommend using GPS or Gmaps to find our place. We have a carport that conveniently fits two full size SUVs, and there’s plenty of room for two more vehicles or an RV to park on the side. There is street parking too, as long as you park after the ‘END Parking’ sign.
